WEEK 1 ( 7 JAN 2013 - 10 JAN 2013 )
  • reporting for duty to the company of Lifetime Network Sdn Bhd and given a little bit along with brief description of the company's operations by the assistant manager, Mrs. Norzarina and she was instrumental will supervise my work for me to be in this company.     
  • Adapting in practical training.
  • Prepare the document that is told by the Business Operation Officer using the system in use by the company.
  • Find and open the customer information to the updated. 
  • Learn how to fill out the registration form.
  • Learn how to solve customer problems.
  • learn how to identify customer status either still active or not.

First of all I would like to express sincere appreciation and thanks to Mr. Mat Zaki and Mrs. Norzarina as a manager of Lifetime Network Sdn.Bhd at Kubang Kerian, Kota Bharu, Kelantan who honored to receive me for practical training as well as giving guidance to my related to the task I need to perform while undergoing training.

A big thank you also goes to all the staff Lifetime Network as much help and guidance and constructive criticism to guide my current duties. Without them all I might have a problem on the job and quite difficult for me to achieve this exercise properly.

Thanks also goes to the Internship Program Coordinator Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Kuala Lumpur, Madam Zurina Jusoh and other lecturers who have been teaching and providing guidance and share experiences before and during face practical training. In this way has provided me the opportunity to adjust to the real working environment. All direction and will help me remember and practice during her later work.

I also would like to say many thanks to both my parents and family who have helped me in terms of encouragement and financial support to me to undergo this training. Without the support and encouragement from my parents I could not have made this training very well and successfully.

Introduction of Internship 2013

INTRODUCTION


Industrial training is an important component for every student that takes a degree program at Kolej Poly-Tech MARA (KPTM). Each student must be able to undergo industrial training to qualify to complete the learning process and the award of the degree KPTM. The training students undergo compulsory in semester 5. Period of time should be taken by every student of industrial training is for 8 weeks starting on 7 january 2013 to 28 february 2013.

For 8 weeks industrial training, students will be able to build confidence and be more brave and persevere in their life as a student as well as be able to gain knowledge and experience. From the industrial training was conducted, students can refer to and make the training as a guide as we go into the real working world soon. at the end of the course, students should make a book report for industrial training and also a task that was required to pass the semester and is a precondition future award of the degree.


OBJECTIVE OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING

1) Exposing Students With Nature Real Jobs
     
For 8 weeks students placed either in the government or private sector will be able to expose students to a real job and in stark contrast to the learning environment in the classrooms. Addition, students will also be faced with many challenges and problems that have not experienced before. This situation reflects the actual situation of the working world. Therefore, this training will make students more mature as well as acquire the knowledge and experience to guide the student in finding a job in the future and lead.

2) Teamwork and good relationships with other employees

In one company, the students will be faced with a variety of workers. Possibility of different race, gender and religion. With that, intercommunication created by students and employees can cheer the mood, besides probing the job through consultation and assistance of other employees. Thus, the relationships among employees is emphasis that can relation with bonded and team spirits to be created as well as build good relationships with other employees.

3) Trust, implementating and Self Confidence.

In addition, industry training instills moral qualities in students self. between the properties that can be created is of honesty and responsible in carrying out their duties and confident in making a decision. Maintaining confidentiality of the firm, to educate a student to be a trustworthy and responsible Thus, honesty is needed next is encouraged in students self to ensure the confidentiality of the firm continues to be a key aspect of the success of the firm.

4) Cultivate curiosity and interest in practical training

In practical training, there are many new things to be discovered by the students. This will lead to attitude to take cognizance of the student. In addition, the constraint condition is sometimes will make students always ask not to be left behind in the field. Actual exposure to the areas studied by the students will create student interest in these areas.
